VINOFORUM AND ITS EVENTS IN ROME FROM 7th – 14th JUNE

In a unique setting rich in flavors the best Italian and international wineries offer wine professionals and wine lovers (about 44.000 visitors were recorded last year) a unique possibility to meet and create synergies, participate in wine tastings, under the experts ‘guidance and to discover new and unforgettable food and wine matching. We will welcome you at our stand from 7th till 14th June  and we wish to draw your attention to two important events: On June 13th in a separate area Vanity Wine will take place dedicated to style and women’s beauty. A small fashion design boutique will welcome its visitors presenting world known dresses matched with our wines, showing how intense wines, like ours can be toned with simplicity and delicacy of historical dresses. The other event is foreseen for June 15th – Cantine da Chef, an evening during which Roman chefs will cook in a live performance paring their dishes to wines of some of the most important wineries. Our wines will accompany dishes from the menu prepared by the Chef Mr. Kotaro Noda, from the restaurant “La Magnolia”: the Ribolla Gialla Myò Vigneti di Spessa 2011 (link) will be matched to the “Marinated mackerel with caviar vegetables”, the Pinot Bianco Myò Vigneti di Spessa 2011 with “Rigatoni with butter and anchovies”, the Friulano Myò Vigneti di Spessa 2011 will accompany “Salmon and black rice dumpling in red turnip sauce”.
