A Ligurian trip for our wines

ERSA (the Regional Rural Development Agency), in collaboration with the Vini Buoni d'Italia guide, has set up a new appointment for February 21st. In Flavio Costa’s renovated restaurant, “21.9”, in an exciting beachfront setting, spacious and modern, at Albissola Marina near Savona, purity, style and a careful search for the raw ingredients are expressed in every dish.
With one eye on the sea together with interesting incursions inland, guided by great technique the following have been brought together in this sought-after menu :
