Events in February for Zorzettig wines

After Trieste and Merano, now Milan awaits us. On February 14th and 15th, the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Pinot Nero and the Sauvignon of our Zorzettig line await you at the tasting at the Drogheria De Ponti in Milan. Moreover, on February 21st, do not mi ss the appointment with a dinner at Il Fauno restaurant. On February 23rd, there's an appointment with a Myò aperitif at the Vecchia Pretura wine bar. In Savona “Dining with … a Friulian”

ERSA (Regional Development Agency) and Vinibuoni d’Italia have a new date in Savona at the “21.9” restaurant. Our wines will accompany the dishes of the chef Flavio Costa, who will be preparing a menu based on seafood in an exciting seafront setting in Albissola Marina.

RistorExpo, Friulian wines at the Lombardy exhibition dedicated to the Horeca trade, from 16th to 19th February

We could not miss the appointment with one of the quality events capable of anticipating market trends with more than 200 companies and 20,000 professionals from the hotel, restaurant and catering trade visiting every year.  An opportunity to compare notes, establish the foundations for new collaborations and learn from the grandmasters of Italian cuisine.
We are offering a selection of our Zorzettig line of wines for the occasion: Pinot Bianco, Ribolla Gialla, Cabernet Sauvignon, Schioppettino and Merlot. We will also present the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and the Sauvignon of Myò’s Vigneti di Spessa line. We wait for you in Marco Casartelli's pavillon.

Nuovo appuntamento al Corte Caffè

Dopo l'incontro dello scorso 16 gennaio, si rinnova l'appuntamento al Corte Caffè di Trieste, questa sera, 3 febbraio, alle ore 18, in piazza San Giovanni, 5. In degustazione:

- Friulano Myo' 2012 Vigneti di Spessa abbinato con formaggio di capra stagionato.
- Pinot Bianco Myo' 2012 Vigneti di Spessa abbinato con carpaccio di pesce.
- Pignolo Myo' 2009 Vigneti di Spessa abbinato con tartara di carne.
- Picolit Zorzettig 2009 abbinato con formaggio francese Roquefort con miele.
